If I detailed everything I loved about this light it would be an essay. Solidly built, strong tripod, multiple device mounts, tons of accessories, wired and wireless options, full remote control, charges your devices, the list goes on. At the end of the day if this light is in your price range GET IT.
I really like this light because it was larger than most ring lights and it had multiple color change options, which is exactly what I need for production. Everyone asks me where I got it from.
And the remote control makes it a winner.
Wow! I had the opportunity to do a photo shoot without and with this light. The first shoot, I used an on camera flash. It did fine. I was happy with the pictures, but I wanted to take it up a notch. So the next time I used this ring light. It was amazing. I so loved the softness it added and of course I loved the sparkle it added to the eyes. So nice. I did run through a couple of the large Sony batteries, and was a bit surprised at how fast they died, but in putting them on the recharger, they were not fully spent. So I don’t know what happened there. It didn’t happen again with about the same length shoot, same situation, but the smaller capacity batteries. ??? Still... love the light.
I haven't used any of the color panels yet, but this is a great size and the brightness and tone adjustments are great. Love the height too and the different angles that can be achieved. I'm sure I'll love it even more once I start using all the features and attachments. Oh, and it comes very nicely packaged!!
Perfect for my zoom meetings. And it looks fine in a corner, almost like a cool lamp (almost, still a touch ugly, lol). Measure and make sure it's what you want. I like that it stands sturdily on the floor and doesn't have to be propped someone or put on the table.
